I've been signed up with them for a long time and although I get emails with job offers I have never worked with them because the shops just don't sound 'right' for me.

what do you mean by "right"?

Adequate pay for a job I was willing to do.

I've completed approx. 20 jobs for Cheryl over the yrs., with all paid as agreed.

Yes, I have completed jobs for her and was paid as agreed.

I have been registered with Cheryl (Palm Scheduling) forever. I used to do more jobs for them, then now. I remember pay time being slow, at lease 60 days, sometimes a bit longer.

I just received an email yesterday. I signed up and received four confirmations.

In the past 25 mos., I've completed 5 shops for Palm, with the average pay arriving in 31 days; not blazing fast but certainly not tortoise slow.
