If you shop during the time that Alta says they're open (pinned to the top of the report AND not the first 30 minutes or last 30 minutes they should open) and take the required 'closed' location photos, you'll be paid the full fee. For gas stations that usually means both sides of the MID, building, curb appeal, canopy, dispenser, and security seal (or lack thereof). You obviously won't be making a purchase or taking a restroom photo. It matters not what any website or posted signs on the building say; just the hours Alta has listed IN the report as being open. Several times I've pulled up to find a location closed (power outage, outside of hours posted on the door, etc). I immediately open the app to check if Alta says they should be open. Yes? Snap photos and walk away. No? I plan on coming back when Alta says they should be open. Wish all MSCs operated this way.
