Any way to retrieve IPSOS reports once completed?

I'm guessing not, but thought I'd ask. I usually save a PDF of all my completed reports, but it was late when I finished one this week, and I forgot to. Now I'm thinking I wasn't clear enough in a response and that the report might get rejected or kicked back to me for clarifications. It's still pending review. I've emailed the scheduler on another issue regarding this shop, but haven't gotten a reply. So emailing her again probably won't do any good, and the general mailbox is a joke. Somebody might read my email someday and might respond someday--but I'm not counting on it.

I'm not sure if you can or not, but I wouldn't get too worried about the shop still pending, I have one from September 22 still pending, I'm wondering if that dog and Panda show from last week got them behind.
I was told you cannot retrieve the report once submitted. I did the same thing twice. I did email the scheduler both times. One time she entered the information for me. The other time she sent the submission back so I could edit it myself. I hope you get the same opportunity.

Thank you! I'll email her and see if she can send it back. I'd rather revise it pro-actively than have it sent back. Though since she didn't reply to my first email, I don't have much hope of getting a response to my second one.

I'm not worried about still being pending; in fact, I'm glad it is on the off chance I can get it sent back so I can revise one response if needed ahead of the review. I may have answered the way I intended to, but I'm thinking I didn't.

Seems that a shop still pending from the 22nd is a long time for them.

On Sassie, here is how I do it:

1) Open up Shopper Log
2) Go to Show Filters (right side of screen
3) It opens to "My Shops".
4) Select on the "Job Status" - "Finished"
5) For the "Date Type", select "Shopped"
6) For the "Start Date", select when you want it to start (like maybe days prior to when you did the shop.
7) For the "End Date", select the date of the day you are doing this.
8) Hit "Go" and the shops will fill up. Actually it typically shows the last 50 shops you did.
9) Then just search for the shop you want to see, open it further and hit its "View" button.

I suppose to print it you might either print screen or copy it entirely and paste it into a Word file.

Cheers!

This isn't the Sassie platform, it's Shopmetrics. There's no way to do it once you submit it. Once it goes pending, you're SOL. Easy to save before you submit, of course, and I usually do.

In any event, I guess I fretted over nothing, as the shop was accepted. I must have answered the question the way I wanted to and not the way I thought, post-facto, that I did! Sigh. The older I get, the more my memory fails me.
