IPSOS Sassie input form not working

I finished a job. I went to input and none of the fields are visible. There were yesterday. Any suggestions. It does say that I need to take the quiz, but there isn't one. It was showing the inputs even though it said that yesterday too. I've tried three devices and all kinds of browsers.

In my experience, they will not reply until tomorrow evening if I message them :/

Edit: OK after clicking the take quiz button 2325323768 times in numerous browsers, a pop up window for it finally appeared.

I'm with you but I did not change any settings to get it to "pop up". I just kept trying.
Glad it finally did. Shop has been submitted.

If it ever happens again, you can hold "CTRL" + click to open in a new tab or "SHIFT" + click to open in a new window (usually the pop-up blocker will be bypassed with either of these methods).

Happened to me a couple of days ago. The questionnaire just did not show, but there was a submit button, so I hit submit, because I was scared of late submission or it being pulled from my log.. but I emailed them right away explaining the problem.. the next day they obviously returned it and the form was there, so I just did it then…
