Ipsos (Sassie) taking long to approve SSN/EIN numbers for new shoppers.

I submitted my Ipsos application on October 13th. It still hasn’t been verified. I understand that it takes 2 weeks (14 days) to approve Social Security Numbers or Employer Identification Numbers, but I’ve never experienced a MSC taking so long to verify a SSN/EIN.

Have any of you folks experienced this with Ipsos on the Sassie side? Do any of you folks have any insight on what might be going on?

That’s weird. I had a friend sign up and they were able to complete shops the same day.

Same issue here. I signed up about the same time and we are now at the 26th and still NO confirmation.
I also used to be on the Sassie system years ago, SS number hasn't changed.

I am also getting emails and direct requests for URGENT shops but when I tried signing up for a few jobs and got the notation at the bottom of the screen that I CANNOT accept jobs, perform jobs or get paid until that is done.
SUPER frustrating.

They finally verified my SSN, but it took a good week to do it.

I wonder what is going on with that company.
