Coyle scheduler
Can't say I have, but I also can't say I'm surprised. Coyle is....Coyle. They have their own way of doing things and well...if we don't like it oh well.
I have never had this issue, but she schedules for more than one company. They tend to be the higher end companies, and I am not mad at their strict policies.
I've had it taken a while to get assigned Coyle shops in the past, but never took note of the scheduler's name.
Now I've been doing two non-restaurant shops on a pretty much monthly basis for them. Since they need them completed, they seem to be assigned quickly.

I had a similar experience with her at the beginning. Luckily, after many many successful shops with the company I seem to be taken out of her ‘sh!t list’ . It was also because I didn’t ‘accept’ an assignment after reading the full guidelines.

I've done quite a few shops for her last year and early this year and found the Coyle team splendid to work with. If I recall correctly, she had even overridden a couple of directives for a shop to make life easier for me. It looks like you got off on the wrong foot which is unfortunate.
I can't find it now, but I am almost certain it is Regal Hospitality Group.
Coyle is at the top of my 10 foot pole list. They truly SUCK.
She replies very quick, same day as my inquiry, or at least before the shop. She's made my life easier in one instance when the shop didn't list the times for the shop and I couldn't really make it, had to reschedule.
I'm not sure how a scheduler could be vindictive or arbitrary though.

I enjoy working for Coyle and specifically with Sheralee and Barb. Both are wonderful to partner with and very supportive, understanding.
I like working with Sheralee. She is flexible in working with me if the hotels had no availability on the dates I chose.

Nolimitem is right. Sheralee schedules for both Coyle and Regal Hospitality that I know of, maybe others. Ive never personally had any issues working with her. Maybe yall just got off on the wrong foot? She has been very accommodating with me as well when it comes to availability of dates, bonuses for travel etc. She just comes across more direct than some schedulers, at times. But I believe it is due to her being so busy and not that she's being rude. Ive always found her to be great to work with. Im sorry you didnt have that experience.
I share the same opinion I've worked with Sheralee and she is great, she usually either answers the same day or the next day. Ive had questions and she usually answers them on the email. The shops are high end, which makes a difference on the demanding because of the money given out, give it another try its worth it.
