Ipsos phone shops

I just did 4 of them today. The first three were simple - 11 minutes in and out.

Then came the fourth. It took 0ver 20 minutes to get acknowledged and another 20 to get help. While waiting, I looked to see how long I have to wait and there did not appear to be anything,

While waiting, I did input the other 3 shops, which I was planning to do at the library afterwards, so my time wasn't really wasted. And the store handled the whole situation so badly that I felt I needed to do the report to let the company know.

Does anyone know how long we have to wait? And do we still get paid the full amount?

I believe the total wait time was 20 minutes. That was what the previous guidelines used to state. And you would get full pay. Now, the guidelines do not mention a wait time limit, but state to ask for help if not offered help within 5 minutes. But the form on SASSIE has one of the answers available to choose as a reason for not completing the shop was because you waited for more than 20 minutes. So it seems that was still in effect.
