I don't see access to phone shops in Sassie either, but I wasn't really interested in it anyway, so I just didn't do an exhaustive search.
In the shopmetrics site it's in the "certifications" section.
Thanks I found it in ShopMetrics, but I failed the test. I think my car is too old..like me..hahaha

So the email has specific instructions for searching for it in Sassie, but it is in Shopmetrics. Interesting. And perhaps telling.... Pass.

Thank you @sestrahelena! Your advice was much more accurate than the instructional video that told me to search in the wrong section of the website.

My husband was also eligible. He drives a 2016 Honda CRV

I believe it said I was eligible, but I couldn't find the second part. Did it just appear in the shop log once you passed the screening questions?

Same here.
Same thing for me. I could not find the next piece of the puzzle. It should not be this difficult.

I found it and clicked to apply and it immediately said I was rejected. No questions were asked just red letters saying I was rejected.
So is this an age qualification, relating to the driver as well as the car?
Thanks for this thread. I did not find anything in Sassie either and never tried Shopmetrics but I gather from the above I am too old (over 64). Perhaps I will refer my daughter.
I did the focus group this week. It was very easy and fairly interesting. We were paid within 48 hours via a third party that allows a PayPal transfer among other options like gift cards.
By the time I went to look for this, it wasn't showing on the site. I was too slow on the draw! I emailed the scheduler, and she said all the slots had already been filled, but that there would be more in the future. I think it's a great idea for them to be doing focus groups.
