Market Force Pay wrong today? RESOLVED

My pay from Market Force was wrong by over $300 today. Anybody else showing a short payment?

yup..mine has the decimal point in the wrong place (missing the hundreds column) making it close to $150 short. I sent an email to HelpDesk. Sheesh of all times of the year to screw up the payments. Thankfully it was one of my lower payments for the year, but still needed right about now.

Mine should have been $285 and it was $28.50. As upsetting as this is, I am so glad others have this issue. Maybe they will correct it very soon!
My payment looks like it had the decimal in the wrong place. I am also short over $300. Sent an email to the help desk.
It's surprising that they haven't put any notice on the website or sent an email to affected shoppers yet. What a mess for them, and for the shoppers.
A quick update here (full communication forthcoming) - as suspected, there was an error in the upload. The team is working through this with a goal to have it corrected overnight. Stay tuned for an email update shortly and thank you for your patience.
I guess they messed up everyone's pay. Mine was way off too. I should have looked here first. I just left a message.
I'm new (1) shop ...but I have to say I'm darn impressed my MF'*sherri?) s response on this thread. Honestly makes me want to do more MF shops.
I double checked and my payment amount was correct, but I just received this email:
Dear Shopper,

Market Force would like to make you aware that there was an error with your recent shopper payment. We are actively working to fix this error as quickly as possible and hope to have this corrected as early as tomorrow morning.

We understand that this is an urgent matter and apologize for the inconvenience.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

A little nonsense now and then, is relished by the wisest men.
As far as we know, this only effected ACH/DD payments although I do not have the final recap from the finance team. The email was provided to all ACH/DD recipients to help relieve some of the incoming inquiries from the field force. I apologize if it caused any unwanted stress...you are able to see the payment made in the payment overview section of our shopper portal. If it is less than expected, stay tuned, it will be corrected.
I received the correct payment, then received the email.

I always found when I worked in outside sales support and customer service it is best to communicate with the customer (shoppers, us in this case) than it is to lie or ignore them.

If the customer knows what's going on, they might not like it, but at least they are better able to deal with the consequences of the SNAFU. And they will respect you for your honesty if it is your fault.
Mine was correct. Don't know why I needed to get the message, but obviously it was a blanket message to anyone who had some sort of payment.
Mine was incorrect. I rechecked my offers, my math, my previous totals, my spreadsheet, etc. The totals did not reconcile. A few hours later I received the e-mail notice about the error. (All this time I thought mine was the only one).
@GSRShops - Are you sure we pulled the deposit? I am not aware of any reversals, only additional payments for those who were affected (also confirming, not everyone was affected, but wanted to get the communication out sooner rather than later).
My payment was about 29 cents different than what my records said it should be for a roughly $425 payment. I got the "error" email though.

Well, still no progress today, Dec 21. Still showing the short-paid amount in my account.
That is disappointing...the file was sent to the bank last night around 6PM EST time so additional payments are on their way.
I got an email yesterday saying that my pay was wrong and it would be fixed by today. I couln't see anything wrong, so i didn"t respond. It would seem there is a problem, that they know about it, but aren't quite sure what's wrong. I'd send them a query email.
I had 0 MF shops on November. So my pay is correct wich is $0

I was supposed to get 441.88 and I received 41.88 instead. Quite a difference and I certainly hope it is corrected.
My amount was wrong. I am still waiting for an additional direct deposit to make up the difference.
