Yes. My payment is short over $600. After contacting the helpdesk I got a generic email response saying it would be fixed by the morning (that was yesterday.) As of this morning my money has not been deposited!
Now I'm getting annoyed. Although I appreciate the communication from mfsherri, don't tell us funds were sent "overnight" and we still don't have them two days later. It should be their priority for their dedicated shoppers to be paid on time especially at this time of year.

Market force sent an email out this morning, December 22, and said they did not make a mistake with the direct deposits. They are absolutely wrong. I was short $130 because they only paid for assignments through the end of November 2022 when historically they had paid into the middle of the month, or in other words this December. They have had payroll inconsistency many times over the last 5 years. Good luck to all of you.
I got this one this morning. Again, they were only off a matter of cents for me, but hell I'll take it (no change in account this morning, though):

Dear Shopper,

Market Force would like to thank you for your patience as we reviewed our shopper payroll file processed this week. As you may know, your full payment was not issued. The payroll file has been reviewed and an additional deposit was sent on the evening of Tuesday, December 20th. Dependent on how quickly the bank processes the transaction, you should receive an additional deposit in the next 24-48 hours.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter and wish you and yours a Happy and safe holiday season!
Sincerely,

Market Force Information Help Desk

December payments have always been for November shops only with MF.

My payment earlier this week for Nov 2022 shops was correct.

Mine was correct. Don't know why I needed to get the message, but obviously it was a blanket message to anyone who had some sort of payment.

I doubt they could, with the huge number of shoppers they have, initially separate out whose pay was right and whose was wrong. It was just an eblast to everybody. My pay was correct, and I got the first message. I imagine that once they identified all of the people who received the incorrect pay, it was easier to segregate their shopper database in two and send out the "you're pay was right" email to those who didn't have a mistake. Luckily I hadn't done as many shops for them in November as I usually do in a month; otherwise I might have been in the unfortunate group whose pay was wrong.

I ***still*** have not received a second direct deposit to make things right. I am much more concerned about how Market Force has not been able to fix the problem promptly than the initial mistake or the amount involved. It does not take my bank more than two business days to process an incoming direct deposit.
Now it's December 23, and still no deposit correction. Come on, Market Force. What's going on???
Mine still is not there this morning either. My other two direct deposits I was expecting are showing this morning up, but not MF. It's not like I am desperate for the money, just annoyed at this point. If they supposedly put in a correction Tuesday evening, it should be showing by up by now.
No correction for me either as of December 23. The e-mail said they hoped to correct it overnight but that obviously isn't happening.
Has anyone received a corrected payment yet, or are we all still waiting? If no one has received it, I would definitely say it's a Market Force issue, not our individual banks' problem.
After much pain and heartache for all, the bank has confirmed they now have the file of corrections and it is being processed. We cannot apologize enough for this delay, but know we are working to get the shorted amounts in your hands as quickly as possible.
Yes I was also short 248.00. Contacted them they emailed back and said they made a mistake and sent another direct deposit but this morning 12/23/22 my bank says no deposit from market force showing on my account.
My check was also short. Reply I received this morning was they are working on trying to resolve.
I have worked in accounting for 28 years and this type of error sounds like they do not have the money to pay so they are buying time until they receive the money from clients.
Just my opinion.
My pay was short. I received the initial email message saying they were aware of pay problems, but then I got a follow up email yesterday saying that my pay was not one of the ones that was incorrect. So I sent a message to MF helpdesk explaining that my pay was indeed incorrect (with shop pay and reimbursement totals included).
I have the same incorrect payment with the decimal in the wrong place. No additional deposit as of 12/23/22 to my credit union. If Monday is a holiday, then the deposit might not show up until Tuesday. My credit union does not post on weekends and holidays. :-(

Merry Christmas Eve everyone.....no corrected payment as of today. I guess we will all have to see what shows up Dec 27th. I am sure that all banks are closed on Monday. Maybe its time for Market Force to offer Venmo or Paypal options.
My pay was also incorrect. Thankfully I am not missing the amount of money that many of you are. I'm not an accountant and I don't play one on TV but the problem I'm struggling with about this is where was the reconciliation? What I mean is someone input these totals to be paid out. Certainly they had a breakdown of the totals that were supposed to be paid and they should also have a breakdown of the totals actually paid. When those totals didn't match up at the end it should have dawned on them immediately that there was a huge problem. In theory, they should have known they screwed up well before we knew. As of this morning mine has not been corrected and I assume it's that way across the board.

That's right. And telling us that it's fixed and sent to the bank was completely untrue. 24-48 houre was just a story. At Christmas time, too. I NEED this money.
I was patient and understanding for the first two times we were told the payment was on the way, but at this point it will be a week past what they promised us when we took on these assignments (their website says the 20th of the month). I just made a very hefty credit card payment today to avoid late fees (all charges were for shop reimbursements). Thankfully, the other companies kept their commitments and paid me on time. This is a terrible time of year and terrible economic climate that we're in to leave us on the hook like that.

I'm very disappointed with this from MF. I've never had this happen with them before. My bank shows pending deposits quickly after they're sent and still nothing. Now, it won't show up until Tuesday, MAYBE!!..Beyond annoyed.
