Unable to self-assign

Is anyone else having unexplained difficulty self-assigning in Ipsos? These are shops I have passed the quiz, completed in the past, but not the maximum number, and am not out of rotation for. I checked my profile and it is up to date. Any ideas? I've sent help e-mails, but as is often discussed here, it could be a couple of days for a reply and in my area these shops won't last that long.

Edited to add I was changing the month to Jan and not the year to 2023...ugh! Leaving my dumb error here in case it helps - lol!

I assigned both shopmetrics and sassie assignments today with IPSOS. Had to pass the quiz on the shopmetrics side prior to scheduling. Sassie side did not make me do quiz again.

I had a that problem last time.

I did a shop for them the first part of October.. (I made an 10 on it).. I was not able to complete one in November because of my work schedule and other things going on.... I tried to self assign one for the first part of December and everything was gray .

I email them and I received a email saying that they will look into it,, A couple of days later, I tried to self assign and I was able to assign it smiling smiley

The same thing is happening to me. Everything is grayed out
