Ipsos new quiz for gas stations

Apparently having done hundreds of gas station shops is no help for passing the new 2023 quiz. And it's not showing wrong answers like in the past. Maybe it's the poor photos but I cannot pass it after four attempts. Any suggestions?

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.

I was up to about 15 tries before I passed. I am not sure but I think it was the kiosk question's wording. I thought my answer was right according to guidelines but after changing many different answers, I think it was that one. I've never actually encountered a kiosk station IRL.

the photos are terrible. I gave up on it and let two shops drop off. Are the pumps compliant? How can you tell? Glad I'm not the only one. And I performed the shp before the test, so that was a major loss.

Keep the guidelines open while taking the quiz so you can double check your answers. I thankfully passed on first attempt, but I've been there before struggling with 10+ tries (I think that was for the green brand though and I finally just gave up) BTW, I agree the photos are terrible in this quiz.

P.S. The pumps are compliant

I have had to just go back to the help desk. Then a scheduler might answer you. At that point, They will show you your mistakes and then will pass you.

I must be a dolt. I had the guidelines on one screen and the test on the other and still didn't score enough to pass. It also didn't show which were wrong, so I would just repeat my errors even if I changed one answer. So gave up on those shops. Must be the wording or the interpretation on my part? This was for the high end watch shops.

I have found some of the tests with IPSOS had actual wrong answers that had to be chosen (on certain other clients they have), in order to pass the test. I am not talking about some trick, I mean they had wrong answers they, as a company, thought were correct, along with poor photographs or photographs that conveyed the opposite of what the question referred to. After many complaints they finally realized and adjusted the test accordingly.

So, is this test that everyone above is referring to, for Image, Customer First, or another fuel company with IPSOS?

What you answer incorrectly does show up. Instead of taking the test again, click on another pass thru. A red X appears on any questions you missed. Correct/change those and hit the finish button.
