Are we getting paid today for the Ipsos shops? They have been pending since yesterday...

I got mine today but they did not include the reimbursements on any of them. Only the flat rate of $12
I received my pay, including the correct reimbursements, about an hour ago.
A little nonsense now and then, is relished by the wisest men.
I got mine today. It arrived a little after 5pm Eastern time and was correct.

I have some issues with Ipsos but payment is not one of them. In my experience they are the fastest of all the MSC's
I had the same problem, got the pay without the reimbursement of mandatory purchases. Is there any easy way to contact them to have this corrected?
I contacted their general email address about the missing reimbursements, but who knows if I will get a response.
Good Luck with IPSOS' general mailbox....usually a black hole....
I also sent an email about missing reimbursement...crickets. i hesitate to any more of th $12 shops until this is corrected.
All of mine are missing reimbursement for the required purchases as well! What is going on with these companies lately? If we submitted shoddy work like this we'd be deactivated in a split second.

When I just looked at my list of assigned shops I noticed that under "reimbursement" there is a "-", I guess that explains the reason for the missing reimbursements!?
Has anyone received a response from them about the missing reimbursements?
I reached out to one of their schedulers that works on a different project and her reply was that she doesn't schedule those shops and I could try emailing: Mystery.shopping@ipsos.com
In my initial email to her I stated I had already emailed the general email about the issue with no response.
It should not be this difficult to reach someone who can help.

I got a reply to my first email, but the shops had already been removed as if they were being invoiced to be paid. I replied the same, assuming they could look at those, but no response. Programming error, I'm sure, but it needs to be acknowledged and corrected. This is wheni miss the previous MSC. One phone call, problem solved. I just wish they would reply.
They are so big as a company. I think they can afford to implement a shopper support department with representatives answering the calls by now.

Right on! The generic email, if read by a human, would see so many messages which have surely been given and that would prompt a general response back of acknowledgment. Ironic that "acknowledgment" is such a big deal to one of their biggest clients but they drop the ball.
After hearing nothing from the email I sent to their general account I ended up going on Facebook and sending their Facebook page a message about the pay issue (missing reimbursements.)
Someone there replied to me this morning and said that someone from Ipsos would reach out to me shortly. I reminded them that I have six jobs scheduled for them tomorrow but they will not be done unless I am paid and credited for my reimbursements tonight.
I also told them that this was not an isolated incident and that many other shoppers were experiencing the same problem and having trouble getting in touch with anyone about it.
I would encourage all of you that are waiting on reimbursements to go to their Facebook page and send a message to them at Ipsos Mystery Shopping US.
It's very discouraging to me that we are having this much trouble getting in touch with someone and being paid correctly. It should not be this difficult.

Victoria Garza reached out to me by email just now. She stated that the locations in question do not have a dedicated scheduler but that she is looking into the pay issue.

In my opinion, not having a "dedicated scheduler" for the shops in question should have no impact on getting the pay situation corrected. I'm glad I've never done any of their gas station shops and have no intention of doing so now.
Someone from the Ipsos Shopper Support Team sent me an email yesterday afternoon saying, "Thank you for reaching out to us. We are looking into the issue and are working on resolving this for you. We will be in touch as quickly as possible."
As of this morning it has not been corrected. I still cannot believe they have not sent out some sort of mass email acknowledging the situation as some sort of reassurance to those of us impacted. They know this is not an isolated incident because I have told them.
I went down a similar road 20+ years ago with a different company that owed me close to $800 in pay and reimbursements over a two month period. I was never made completely whole in that situation. That company dissolved and I swore that going forward I would never put myself out there like that again.
It doesn't matter if I am owed $15 or $1500, if I have to chase payments I back far away. Especially from a company that takes days to get a response from. I don't work for free.

I have other issues with their fast food survey these past weeks. The fast food did not send any email confirmation, but the editor insisted on one being uploaded. The app confirmation was not good enough, so I got marked down, way down, when I used to get nothing but 9 and 10's. It also appears that they have new editors.
There is another Online Pickup shop with the same issue. I responded in less than 24 hours, but still awaiting editor's resolution.

Again, their mailing address for shops unsupervised by schedulers (mysteryshopping@impsos.com) has not addressed my email where I informed them that my log does not indicate the reimbursements for my costs incurred on site (gas purchase and convenience store purchase). The report is accepted and marked "received", but the expenses are listed as "$0.00". It is as if they never acknowledged the two receipts. I detest having to watch IPSOS like a hawk for every nickel and dime, but I am forced to.
Here is what their response says, "Thank you for reaching out. This shop has been finalized." Huh?
Update...On 1/26 Ipsos responded! They asked me to resubmit the convenience store receipt, and returned the shop to my log...I did that right away....Then, they gave me a "6" on my score after marking the shop "received".......bwah, ha, ha, ha!

I guess we are all still waiting on a resolution. This is completely unacceptable. My days of completing shops for them is about to be finalized.
Anyone waiting for IPSOS to review and approve their completed shops? I have one waiting for the last 7 days. This is unusual, they are usually fast in reviewing & payment.

It's not unusual. I have several shops awaiting review from over a week ago currently. Sometimes it takes 2 or more weeks for Ipsos to review and edit shops. You will be paid on Tuesday for all of your shops that are edited before the previous Friday.
I did two shops for them on their Metric side on March 2nd. They took about 8-9 days to get approved, then pay showed up today in my Paypal. I don't do anything for them on their Sassie side so can't comment there, but as far as the Metric side, I've never had an issue, and never worry about pay from that side.
This topic and its related nuances should make my comment critical to any shopper:
Ensure that you keep your receipts, notes, pictures, etc germane to each shop on file and, with regard specifically to those hard copy items such as the receipts safely filed away for future use and reference.
Often, your shop shall not be edited for at most 3 weeks. You may be required to submit a new photo of your receipt(s) or another photo.
