Sentry insights payment issue -HELP!

What a mess! I do mystery shopping for extra money to help with bills. It's not my main income so I don't keep a close eye on reimbursements/pay.

I just realized I haven't been paid by Sentry in months and months (maybe a year?). I'm really confused. Most of the shops use PayPal which is so easy but I had forgotten Sentry uses bank account.

It struck me that I didn't remember payment for a pricey out of pocket shop a few months ago, so I checked and went on the SEPA payment app for Sentry. It says there's a bank account registered but then at the bottom it says add one with micro charges.I checked my bank and haven't gotten paid from them in I don't know when.

I wrote them and zero response so far. Any ideas on what to do or who to contact? I can't find a phone number. Im pretty stressed out as i know I've done countless bbq shops for them over the past year and the pricey other shop.

Ps.. yes i know I'm scatter brained but honestly I just trust these companies to let me know if there's a payment issue. You would think the money would have been returned to them. Also, I get so confused with all the shops names-ipsos, sassy, presto, etc and it's hard to keep track of who's paying me! Suggestions??

The owner is a pompous jerk, I'm DEFINITELY not a fan of Susan's but she might decide to help you....
