This shop was approved for pay then turned around yesterday and changed the shop grade to a 1 and rejected for the day part! But it was initially approved!
My son can no longer do shops for that station because he falsified the times on a shop that he did five years ago.
These shops have a scheduler listed. Email him/her and see if she can forward your email to someone who can look into the situation.

I was banned from a gas station client's shops about that same time period for REFUSING to falsify an audit report. How ironic!
Are you absolutely sure you did the shop within the parameters you stated? Because they do look at the metadata. If so, ask Karen Holland who to contact. She would know, since she is one of the schedulers that schedules those.
Karen said I put 3:50 as the time in (which is the time I arrived on site) but I didn't get out of the car till after 4. I had an "old folks" moment and put the time in as the time I arrived on site. I didn't get out the car till after 4. My first picture which is when I do the reveal is the counter and it was a 4:05. I had a 2-minute call in at 3:59 so I believe I didn't get out the car till 4:02-4:03. I asked them to roll the cameras back and told them I had the call come in but they aren't going to probably. Karen said she would forward the information to the account manager but I doubt it will make a difference. I am also upset because they didn't even give me an opportunity to correct my time in just disallowed the entire shop.

You made a mistake, bet you won't make the same one again!
Live and learn. Not all companies will forgive mistakes.
When those red, white, blue gas station audits were with the previous company, they told me during a phone conversation that the start time was the moment that I arrived on the lot.

They changed shop auditors just recently.

I thought so. Just today i got a gas station evalustion. Her comment said that i need to say I would recommend this ststion to others because ----I have been doing these statuons since the old MSC had them and have never been told to add all that. -.

On the food shop I accidently put in the wrong time for when I entered. I put in the time I input the order online. I wasn't allowed to fix it either. It is too bad they are so strict on not being able to fix somethong.
the shopper did ask me and we changed the time to the time the shopper now said they started the shop, after 4pm and the shop is being paid.

@Ihateipsos - So, what is your reason for being here? You created another screen name to get on this mystery shopping forum to discuss one company you happen to dislike and offer no substantial information to back up your claims. How is this beneficial for anyone, even yourself? What are you actually whining about?
@ihateipsos...what an idiot. Everyone here can see through that nonsense. Why don't YOU boycott...more work for me.
I can't boycott them. I need their work. That doesn't mean I don't get mad at them sometimes. I hate the lack of live personnel about them. But they have a monopoly on good shops in my state. And yes they corrected it this time. But no doubt they will make me mad again in about 3 months. But in the meantime, I have bills to pay.
Someday I hope to have enough rental properties and own some video equipment and a drone to do additional work. Then I can cut back and not do base pay assignments that are underpaid anymore. But until then I'll keep working. This post was made before the other one smart butt. I read the other post because I was mad. But it's not the first time I've read negative posts about IPSOS. Plus anyone who would turn down a 75-85 dollar drive in food shop would be a fool.

Thank you for all your hard work, Karen. You always seem to be helping people. This isn't the first time you've helped someone in my household I don't think and I very much appreciate your efforts.
FYI I don't know who I hate IPSOS is. I only have ONE screen name. I don't have time to create multiples. I work, do shops every single day. I don't even have time to clear pictures off my phone and computer right now because job pay is fairly low. PS: I don't hate IPSOS. Just because I get mad at them sometimes doesn't mean I hate them. My company name is Fabulous Company and my gamer name is Fab/or some form normally. I have Lady Fab/Fabulous and Fandltelcomm and fandltelecomm because my husband and I used to do free government phones. My name starts with F and his name starts with L thus F and L. These are the names I go by. I have one gamer name of Cynthia Rock too because I am a fan of Cynthia Rothrock. I'm a fan of certain female wrestlers too but I have no gamer names for them (Rhonda, Bella Twins, Natalya).

I too was banned for refusing to lie on a report.
I did two of those blue home improvement shops last month. Same shop, wrote pretty much identical reports because I did the same thing in each store. One was approved and the other was not paid because they said I didn't spend 5 minutes in each section that was required. But I did and I put that in my report and I even used my phone timer to make sure I hit 5 minutes. Very frustrating. I did respond and ask for clarification but I did not get any. I won't be doing those again. Just grateful it was not a huge loss to me. Amazing how different reviewers see things.

Well, it didn't take them three months it only took them a month to do something crazy again.
