Is anyone else finding a barrier to logging onto the IPSOS Shopmetrics platform? I'm being told to update my profile. I have updated it....but when I try to log in...it still says that I haven't updated it.
I have been having the same problem. If I go to job list it will let me see jobs available so do not understand the problem. I have emailed company but have not heard anything yet. I thought it might be just a way to make sure everyone had the information in their profile
