Is it possible to delete an app on Gigspot?

I'm really not enjoying Gigspot and will delete it after some jobs already in the system drop off.

I'm kind of stalking a job that I had applied for. It popped up the other day with a certain date range. There were a handful of locations available and I applied for all but one trying to up my chances of getting one.

Today, I logged in to check and I noticed that the one I didn't apply for now is listed for different dates. So, now I'm wnodering if all of the dates were either wrong or changed. The new dates don't overlap at all with the current dates. So, as it stands, I've possibly applied for a few jobs with dates that don't exist and can not see the available dates or details because I already submitted applications.

Is there a way to delete those applications that maybe I'm not aware of? I really want to get off of Gigspot for this and other reasons.

Thank you for any suggestions or help!

To remove yourself from Gigspot you have to email them and request this. Then you would need to register with the companies directly (i believe) with a DIFFERENT email address.
To my knowledge there is no way to delete an application within Gigspot

Thank you, LG. I'm going to be counting down the days until I can get off of Gigspot. I ended up contacting the company directly. It seems like they also cannot delete the applications. Sigh.

I think I may have read a comment you made a while back (forgive me if I'm misattributing this to you) recommending signing up for gigspot to see the jobs but having accounts with a different email with the companies directly. I think that will be my end goal. It's nice to see the jobs in one spot but I hate that once you apply the jobs are no longer visible to you anywhere.

Thanks for taking the time to help!
You don't have to use a different/new email address. I got rid of Gigspot awhile ago and now all the notifications come to my email directly.

That's typically the advice I give. My husband uses Gigspot, but remember he only does a few shops a month and never anything that requires narrative.
There are some companies that only post some of their shops on Gigspot so make sure to do a job board check every now & then and not rely 100% on Gigspot for job search.

Hbbigdaddy,
Good to know you don't need to create a new email after deleting Gigspot.

Thanks for sharing, HBBD. As soon as I'm done with current jobs and pay I'm going to ditch it. It feels like such a pain.
