IPSOS - Pay Withheld

Did a job early in the month and the status shows pay withheld. I did not receive an email, a comment, a slap on the wrist, absolutely nothing. I have reached out to customer service and received a response that they were going to reach out to the reviewer and get back to me. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I follow up, I get another email but still no actual answer.

If I made a mistake, great, just tell me what I did wrong so I can learn from it and move on. But not giving me an answer is just wrong. Not even asking me a question to clarify something, also wrong. I know I have only been at this a few months but I catch on quick and that seems like some shady business right there.

I have tried to look on their website but can't find what I am looking for. Do they have an actual policy on what happens when a job is not paid? Aren't they supposed to send you an email? This was a $30 fee so not going to let it go without an answer.

Datagirl - sorry to hear about this...a lot of us have experienced this with IPSOS....keep writing , and spend as little time as you can on the prolblem (you'll feel 'better' about it, that way!)...and welcomd to the black hole of IPSOS communication.
Email this gal at IPSOS. She manages the editors and will get you an answer quickly. Sending messages to the general mailbox will never get you an answer.

Thank you, i am keeping that name in my spreadsheet!! Someone else also gave me a contsct and i did reach out to them. My reviewer got in touch with me. Long sfory short, i didnt do anything wrong, she just didnt bother to read. My pay got approved today.

@Datagirl Glad you will get paid but that reviewer didn't just not bother to read. She also did not bother to notify you. Unprofessional.
I cannot remember how to find the STARS shops. With this site I am so confused. I have I Shop First, their site on sassie and shopmetrics and wonder if the ishopfor...is the same as their sassie site?

Www.ishopforispos.com will take you to a page where you can log in to either sassie OR Shopmetrics.

The ishop first shops are on either of those two sites. It's just ISPOS way of saying 'hey take these shops for base pay', NOT a different site to use.
One thing I have found for any app I use that will get a response is going to the app stores and putting the issue on a 1 star review. This involves the app developer which normally will get somebody to respond in some type of way. I'm here with you, girl! The lack of response from a lot of companies is very disappointing.
