I had three shop edited today by the same editor. One was graded an 8 with no reason, one was rated a 9 with no reason. One was rejected over a picture, which the editor cited a bad source. In trying to communicate with the editor. She said it was unfortunste she could not provide a reason.
I continued the email correspondence with IPSOS included as an addressee. I heard from IPSOS that they would forward the corrections to their training area to correct the error.....
But what about being paid? How about a reason for a lowered grade?
I told both the editor and IPSOS that if a reason isn't provided, then there will not be any improvement. Apparently, IPSOS is not concerned if there could be improvement.
So....their editors can lower ratings without any reason. File that when you request work from them.
I have been shopping for 16 years now....i have NEVER been told it not necessary to provide a reason for lowering ratings.....
I usually do 30+ shops a month for IPSOS, some with the LLC, some with the app. I thought they were a company that valued good shoppers....i was mistaken. I have 8 shops in the next couple days. I am going to have to consider whether or not to decline these jobs.
And i learned 16 years ago, the shopper is always wrong.
