New agreement

I was thinking if even they did pay the fee portion while under $50.00, without changing the verbiage, even for a couple of months, etc., the wording still covers them if they decide not to, one day.

Exactly! They know what they did.

I know! I was thinking the exact same thing!! Just my luck that if I wait a couple of months, and all seems to be going well, I'll do one and then they WILL decide not to do DD if less than $50/month! Just hypothesizing, of course. We'll just have to see how this all plays out.

I also agree with the poster who said that the Home Page is JUST that -- the Home Page. It is NOT the contract that we sign!
I know on most Sassie platforms you are paid by Pay Pal..

There is one Sassie company that I know of (there may be others) you can have your funds deposited into your bank account.
If I am reading this right, if we do one shop for $ 30 and we decide on the gift card after fees and everything we may get between $ 20 - $ 25 ?

Has this company thought about using Pay Pal?? If you don't have a checking/savings account for DD?

No, according to the agreement you won't get paid at all because you will not have reached the $50 needed that month to get paid.

I think the MSC would have to pay fees to PayPal whereas they are probably getting paid to use gift cards at our expense.
I can honestly say that if they go to gift card only payments, I will no longer be working for Market Force. Honestly I would rather direct deposit than have to wait an extra day to get my money through PayPal. I have always received my payments from Market Force through direct deposit.

They have direct deposit now.

And the way they are loosing clients to the large MSC, there won't be any shops left for any of us shortly.
