Rotation issues with IPSOS

I was trying to self assign on the site, It gave me no dates
on shops I have been doing for over 10 years (every other month).
I have no clue why ???????????????

I received an email stating rotation was waived and I still couldn't self assign. So, not sure what's going on with the rotation. There's a few I could be doing, and I should be out of rotation but can't because all the dates are greyed out.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Rec'd a auto message from Ipsos:

Thank you for contacting the general iShopForIpsos mailbox. This program is currently using iShopFirst – a self-assign only period. In order to self-assign shoppers need to meet a minimum rating which varies by program, or be within rotation requirements. If you do not qualify during the iShopFirst period, you may be able to participate once schedulers added. Please try again at that time.
WOW ! I was actually called by Ipsos !!! The woman saw my email,
but can't find the shops and another person did not pick them up !!!
Seems like a website issue.
Well, at least they must be aware of the issue now. Let's hope they correct it.

Not a restriction ! Ipsos updated somethings and it screwed up people from self assign.
I was able to get the ones I wanted, but I could not do it.
Ipsos did it for me (supervisor, Susan) She is hoping this will be fixed by early next week.
Yeah, there was a location I had not done since last July, and the email I received was similar. Regarding rotation, etc., nothing that applied to me. I hope they fix it soon.
It looks like the problem is with only the Blue gas stations.
Would that be correct?
Currently, those shops on their Job Board, seem to be frozen without the ability for the shopper to self-assign. There are even some that a few days ago I could self-assign that are now locked.
I'm also noting that many of those shops for the May rotation have not been released.
I was able to get two and a few of the ones I tried to get, but couldn't schedule, have been taken, so it seems random.

@French Farmer - For me it is the red, white and blue one. Is that what you meant?

Anyway, I can self-assign many of them, just not this certain one. There may have been others, but those have been taken, so I do not know.

Blue = Flying Horse

Rather interesting - on my other computer I still had the Job Board up from last night. I was able to click on one of thew shops and it had open dates. But, of course, when I did click on an open date, it brought me back to the current unassignable dates.
I'm wondering why there is not a notification from the MSC of this problem.

Has anyone found their location is giving them access?

There are still issues !!! I had 7 stops that the supervisor assigned them to me.
But, when I just rechecked the job's, I still can't self assign sad smiley sad smiley sad smiley
Same here. Cannot self-assign a certain location. And the help desk stated the issue had been "escalated." Maybe they were referring to me?

Why would they? They never admit to having a problem. Never have since they got so big. And they really don't care about shoppers' inconvenience or loss of revenue. Obviously. They let us know that in numerous ways. Don't expect and apology either!
Usually when I get that email from IPSOS and the dates are blank, I email the scheduler and ask that they assign it to the furthest date.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.
