The Tuesday AFTER they have been edited. Not always the Tuesday after you complete the job.

Every Tuesday, like a clock.

Clocks tell time not days /S

I've used the expression "like clock work" but I really don't know how that came about.
Well, technically, the expression means: Predictably and dependably.
So it was fitting smiling smiley

Time includes date. To say that something is, say, at 11:00:00 AM is meaningless unless ithe time zone and the spexific day, month and year are speciifed. My clock displays (or "tells"winking smiley all of that.
The experience many people have had is no, if the slightest thing in your report looks strange, a blurry photo etc.
But having something wrong with your report is another thing. It cannot be paid until it is done correctly. The question was about whether or not they paid on time. They do. Even when something is wrong that can be fixed when sent back to the shopper, the payment is made on the next pay date UNLESS it was fixed after the cut-off for payroll.
Not true...they miss about half of my shops by Tuesday, and then those shops are held over for a week, or even two. IF, and that is a big "IF", their editing groups get the shops processed by the week's end, then your shop gets paid on Tuesday. IF they don't , then you wait a week. And yes, I am assuming that YOUR shops are completed/submitted by the end of the day, Thursday of the previous week.
Payment is NOT "due" on any shop the very next Tuesday or even within 7 days or the closest Tuesday, etc. Payment in 7 days is not their payment terms. They "process" payroll weekly and many have been grateful to have been paid within a 7 day period or even less, but technically, that is an early payment every time that happens. If I waited 14 days to be paid, that would be within their terms of payment. They pay on time.
They are pretty quick with payment. Honestly it really has to do with how many assignments v editors they have to go through that could be the reason why some are mentioning a "inconsistent" pattern. However their policy is 7-10 days after the approval. I think with their end of year holiday super quick turn around, may cause getting into the mindset that they pay out every few days from day you send your survey. The turn around time is quick none the less. Especially compared to many with over a month
Everyone on this forum my issues with Ipsos, but one thing I can say about them is that they have always paid on time, and faster than other MSCs !

I work with two MSCs which pay even quicker,
I do work with other MSCs that pay quicker - but it's because I have a long standing good business relationship with them. I've been working with one of the MSCs for over 10 years, they reach out to me first before posting the shops on the job board. Those are the companies you want to work with ultimately smiling smiley
Honestly, I like IPSOS. Do I have issues with them/Do they p.o.me? Yes of course.
Some contracts are edited faster than others. Right now the Red/White (dispensers are white)/and blue gas with an Indian symbol stations are being edited faster than the red/blue and blue gas stations. Yellow gas stations are usually edited fairly quickly. The shops they have on the Shop Metrics platform usually get edited slower. (Teal gas stations are on this platform.) It seems like these can take up to two weeks.
Have they disqualified shops and made me mad for reasons that I thought were not just? Absolutely! But I do a lot of shops for them and will continue working for them until I have rental properties up and running. I make more money from them than any other company (they are the largest company with the majority of the contracts).
ANY job you get you are going to have people that you work with that you are not going to like. The good thing about this job is that you can rant and rave at home and no one at the company hears you. When you calm down you send a professional email without the hot-headed emotion. Working for myself works for me. I can slow down and take fewer jobs when I need a break and to rejuvenate my mind. In conclusion, this works for me.

@charlhenri Which ones pay quicker?

Its not common for a businessperson to recommend customers to a competitor.
Yes and more frequently than others. Some shops take longer to edit.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

3 companies pay fairly quickly. Presto is the fastest one but all shops are not edited the same. Circle K's are edited immediately and paid quickly. But debit shops on the exact same platform take longer. IPSOS pays weekly every Tuesday but predicting which shops you will get paid for is tricky. It's all about the editing. The third place to do shops and get paid biweekly is Trendsource. Their turnaround time is basically 2 weeks. Most of the other MSPs pay monthly unless eligible for "quick pay".This is one of the reasons we work for multiple (many MSPs) KIA shops are monthly but it allows you to have a "lump sum" come in once a month for your larger bills. I forgot which company it is that takes two months to pay. I stopped working for them years ago because of it!
