What are the Fastest paying MSCs?

I think Ipsos typically pays in a week or less.
Ipsos pays weekly, every Tuesday. You are most likely to wait a week or two between the time you do the shop and when it is edited. Then you will likely be paid the Tuesday after that, as long as you did everything right.
Not an MSC, but Presto usually pays within 1-3 days. I have been very thankful for the times they paid me within 1 day..
Pre-pandemic, it was Bestmark. 2 weeks? Everyone else takes about 1-9 1.5 months.
I work with one MSC which pays within hours of report submission. A second pays at the end of the week in which the report is submitted. In both cases, I also receive non-automated emails from the scheduler, in the first case, and the program manager, in the second case, thanking me for my work. Both quicker than IPSOS.
Even before Bestmark's well known cashflow problems, it never paid quickly - only as scheduled.

I never got a quick payment from Bestmark, either. Just on time.
DJC's pays quickly if you eat fast food.
Two weeks is quick to me; like clockwork. Faster than any MSC I have worked with to date. They had many nice fine dining shops that we so enjoyed.
