Market Force Survey not received

I’m jumping back into shopping after a hiatus of several years. Yesterday I completed my first shop with Market Force. I came home, submitted the receipt and survey. I no longer could see anything that needed to be completed. This morning I wake up to an email that I did not do the survey within the 8 hours alloted time. I check my account and I don’t see that information anywhere, though I see my receipt was verified. Can anyone explain what happened? I did send an email to the help desk explaining it all as well. Thanks!

Did you actually submit the Questionnaire at the end of entering it? At the end, there is a Next button that you have to push, and that step may not have been obvious. Did you submit the CPI?

You will always receive a confirmation number that verifies you submitted your report. If you did not get that, Marketforce did not receive your submission.
Yes, Marketforce is tricky that way. There are a couple steps to actually confirm submission. It seems like the final step didn't get done. You can always check the confirmation page to make sure it actually went through.
I contacted them and was told my survey was received. Not sure what happened but I did everything correctly.
