Ipsos Job Ratings

I ran into this problem a few years ago and when I received the evaluation review email, I always emailed the reviewer at their direct email. Often hitting reply does not go directly to the reviewer, but they are very helpful in explaining what they are looking for and what is causing a point decrease. This also helps establish a working relationship between you and the reviewer and shows that you want feedback to improve. Most reviewers love this, as it helps them do their job better. I’ve had reviewers tell me specifically what I was missing and now they look for my name on shops to review because they know I’m accurate. ‘Teach a man to fish’ goes a long way to letting reviewers know you are a serious shopper and want to improve.
