Ipsos Sassie unable to submit?

Did anyone else run into this issue?

Filled out an IPSOS Sassie report and would like to submit. Sassie states that there are 16 "oops" fields. When reviewing the shop, no fields are unanswered. Consequently, I am unable to submit a report.

Any ideas on how to "push it through"?

take a screen shot of the "oops" screen and the screen showing no "Oops" and email it to the general mailbox and hit the "help/contact" link in the shop. maybe you'll get lucky and they will see it on their end and just push it through. Also sometimes if you log all the way out of Sassie and log back in the errors will clear. Or try logging in on your phone and see if the "oops" errors are cleared via the mobile browser. Good luck!
Thank you for the suggestions and taking the time to reply.

I emailed the scheduler via the "contact" link right away.
Unfortunately, the signing in and out, and the mobile browser all resulted in the same error messages. Sigh, the shop deadline is midnight EST and I would hate to have them remove a shop that I completed on time.
An update - it was a technical issue on the Sassie platform.

IPSOS resolved the issue and I was able to submit the report just now.
I had the same issue. Shout out to Liz who followed up with me via the help link I submitted on the shop form. So glad they fixed it for us!
