IPSOS Editing Time

Hello everyone smiling smiley. I have been on a break since July and was thinking about picking up a route or two and was wondering how it has been? How long has the turn around time been on editing? Are they paying twice a week this year? Any answers are greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi. It hasn't been taking long at all to get my jobs edited. I have completed all many different jobs. They are paying twice a week as well.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Update...the job was submitted on Thursday. I sent an email on Monday that it was still sitting there and it got edited that day. I got paid today...a week after the job and only 3 days after editing.

My jobs are usually edited within 12 hours at most. But I have a job I did on Thursday still sitting unedited on Saturday. It feels like eons since I am used to flash editing.

I think it depends on the program and who is editing it. In-house seems to take as much as 14 days. Contracted out can take anywhere from 12 hours to 3 days.
It varies. Just finished a 3-day route doing 3 gas station brands. 2 of the brands received all reports within a few hours of submission, some within a few minutes.

Now we wait for the PAYMENT PENDING to show up in SASSIE, which should be soon as they are paying 2x weekly at present.

Still waiting for received status on the 3rd brand and a bank shop.

Thank you for all responses. I decided to do a route of 15 gas stations, and all of them were edited by the time I got home. They were all edited within 2 hours of submitting.

Like I said I haven’t done a shop since July, so this was my first time doing this particular gas station from my phone. Was a little bit of a learning curve to get used to, but by the time I got 4-5 done, I was breeding through them. Just need to remember to save half way through. I think it worked best to grab all my pictures, then go to the car and put everything in the report. When I tried to go along with the form when completing the shop, I was getting logged out to much.

Happy Holidays everyone!!!
Once you get into the flow they can be knocked out pretty efficiently, as long as there aren't inconsiderate drivers lingering with their cars at pumps.

I recently ran into a glitch trying to do real-time reporting and taking a picture within SASSIE in the report. My Safari screen would go to black when I accepted the photo, with no way to recover but to quit the app. Cost me an extra 20 minutes at the location where it first happened.

So your strategy of grabbing photos and completing in the car is absolutely the way to go.

As long as I've revealed, and the cell connection is decent, I have no problem hanging out on the spot. It's also a good way to ensure you get all photos you might need.

If it's one of the conditional reveals, and I'm parked in a conspicuous spot, I will move on to the next available parking lot on the right and wrap things up there, provided I'm on schedule.

When doing a bunch of those I may let them pile up after getting something saved for each one, and submit them in reverse order from my phone when I have a prolonged stop for a meal or at the end of the day.

For the brands that require photos of all pumps, I will try to get as much of the report done onsite as time and cell coverage patience allow, but I will always wait to submit pump photos when I can work from my laptop.

Way more efficient to have multiple windows open so I can drag and drop photos, and larger icons make it easier to see things.

I see a big difference between Sassie and Shopmetric editors, actually. The slower ones are the more gracious ones!

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.
I have an IPSOS Sassie shop that was completed more than 10 days ago and hasn't been touched.
