Anyone have contact info for Corporate Research Int'l?

Hi all,

I've sent a message via the website but would rather have a way to contact someone with a payment question directly. I've been set up on direct deposit with them and they have always paid fast if not well. I did three jobs for them on 6-28, all with a big bonus. My job history page shows them as accepted with the highest rating and lists the correct fees and reimbursement but no sign of the money in my checking account. No sign of the money in payments made or pending. It's like that part of the deal just wasn't processed. It's a considerable amount of money so I want to resolve it soon. Any info or suggestions much appreciated.

The number I show for them is 419-422-3196. Keep in mind that they are a M-F 8-5 company and your request is likely to take 2 business days to research and get back to you. So if you contacted them through the website on Thursday, they should be back to you on Monday.
Ummm.. I'm really confused. You did know they pay every 2 weeks right? So you did them June 28th? There is no way you would have been paid yet. Today is the 10th, and they pay every 2 weeks... are you getting my drift? I would expect payment by this coming Thursday, but not before. It takes them about 24 hours to grade and approve, and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since you did the shops! Even if it's a significant amount of money, that's true impatience to expect pmt. before they usually pay. In 7 months, they have not been late to me even once ( and FYI- I am expecting about $80, but not for 3 or 4 more days).

I read that as the fee was showing but not the bonus and the bonus was the concern because of its size. I don't know what CORI's system is because I work with them so little, but if what I saw was the fee and reimbursement only but not a promised bonus, I would be concerned as well.
She didn't say there was no sign of the bonus, Flash. He just said that there was no sign of being paid yet. I think it's unreasonable to call CRI tomorrow and say "where's my money?" when it hasn't been 14 days yet. They're well within their posted pay scale.

The OP indicates that, "I've been set up on direct deposit with them and they have always paid fast if not well." So this is not a first time shopper who is unfamiliar with their pay cycle. There was mention that these jobs had big bonuses and the fees and reimbursements show and although it is not clear, my interpretation was that the bonuses were not showing from the statement, "It's like that part of the deal just wasn't processed. It's a considerable amount of money so I want to resolve it soon" Missing bonuses you do want to have sorted out before payment is sent because once they send out payment without it the company considers the job a done deal, over and finished.
I have always been paid the following Friday for shops which were completed the week before. I have some shops with bonuses that were done on the 29th. I have not been paid for them yet either. I am wondering if the 4th of July holiday led to the delay.

However, I did just go and read their FAQ and it said they are paid on Friday for shops with all requirements completed the Monday of the previous week, so technically based on those guidelines the payment should be next Friday.
Annie, I was paid this last week for jobs done on the 25th and 27th. You will probably be paid this coming fri as someone said. You will get an email tomorrow. I had one on the 28th, too, and it will be paid Friday. I think they pay every week.
yes bonus's are posted with the shops pay...

and as always they send an email with the amount before they pay...

Thanks to all and especially Flash! What a generous and helpful person she is. I truly didn't mean to be impatient. I was concerned that the fees hadn't made it to my pending page and wanted some contact info since they don't have a special instruction for that as many do. I'm sure all will work out fine. I've always been paid very fast by them (it does seem like it was 10 to 14 days) and my job history is correct, bonus and reimbursement included. You are right, mawmaw26 - probably just delayed due to the 4th being the Monday they usually reconcile.
I did 30 gas station shops two weeks ago and was paid last Friday for most of them. The rest are in my pending for this Friday along with a pool supply shop I did June 30th. I have always been paid on time except for my recent gas station route fiasco have enjoyed working with CRI. I get paid well by them because I am selective with the shops I accept and only take the highly bonused ones. This forum has taught me patience is a virtue and is profitable. Newbies please stop taking the shops for peanuts and you will see your income rise as a result!

"Finally, whatever things are good, true, noble, lovely, of good report...if there be any virtue, if there be any praise...think on these things." ....It's a command, not a suggestion!
I'm pretty fed up with CRI. They pay extremely low for all that they expect of you on a shop. I did a $4.00 shop and the report took an hour. Then they had the nerve to charge a fee for using Pay Pal. None of the other mystery shopping companies I work for deducts money for using Pay Pal. There are so many better-paying companies to work for than CRI.
There's another MSC whose payment method in PayPal results in there being service charges, but I forget who it is. It has to do with how the payer earmarks the payment.
