IPSOS "This Shop Currently not available"

I'm looking at cell phone shops on IPSOS. I click on the date for the shop and I get the message "This shop is not currently available" Has anyone else gotten this message?

It generally means a scheduler has banned you from working on that project. You might want to contact the scheduler or Diana Paone to see why they did that and request that they unban you.

I will, they never complained about me doing the shops, no warnings.

I can get other shops, just not any cell phone shops.

I don’t think you're banned from those shops. I've recently experienced the same issue. I'm guessing they may not need all locations shopped so they pull them and put them on hold for quota purposes. I've noticed this starting around late November 2023.

I did send them an email. I was asked which shops this was for. I told them, waiting for a reply.

I got a response back. I've been told back in Nov 2023 a store manager complained I was a shopper. I never finished the shop and left. I told the scheduler I was outed as a shopper at this cell phone store and I could not finish the shop. Now I have been banned from ALL cell phone shops by IPSOS. The person who responded to my email said they would look into this and try to get me started again.

If you're outed in just one shop there's no reason for them to ban you from every cell phone store. It may be some schedulers are this picky. You get outed in one cell phone shop, they ban you from all cell phone shops.

Has anyone had this happen?

I've done the shop so many times, they knew who I was. Many of these shops know who they mystery shoppers are, because we ask the same questions over and over again.

I don't have the shops back yet, they are working on it. I don't understand if you get outed in one shop, by one manager, they removed you from every cell phone shop. I wonder if this is because I admitted to one scheduler I was outed, if they removed me from every cell phone shop. That doesn't make sense either.

That would’ve done the trick. Getting outed is a major violation.

so if you're outed by just 1 manager in 1 store, you lose shops in every other cell phone shop, no matter which brand?

I got my answer. Because of one manager in one store outed me, I can never again do ANY cell phone shops for IPSOS ever again. That just seems so wrong.

The bad thing about this, it only takes one manager filing one report to get you banned from doing any cell phone shops for them. I did not argue with the manger, I just left. He still reported me. I blame IPSOS for this. I lost a good part of my income on this. I'll pick up shops elsewhere.
