RQA - Payment schedule?

I cannot find this anywhere in their FAQ or by searching.
How soon, often do they pay the fees and reimburse expenditures?

RQA's accounting department moves at two speeds: slow and stop.

I entered expenses on 10/22; a check was dated* 12/5.
I entered expenses on 10/29; a check was dated* 12/5.
I entered expenses on 12/15; a check was dated* 2/1.
I entered expenses on 1/31; a check was dated* 2/15.

*From the check dated date, it's usually 2-3 weeks until I actually receive the check.

My payments have been a little more timely.

Last check was deposited 6 days after it was cut on January 25. Expenses approved on January 16th, submitted on December 19, 2023.

My latest round of soup safaris was submitted on the 2nd and 4th, and the check was cut today...

I got my first round of soup payments Tuesday. It took abut 10 days after expenses were approved.

Never Complain, Never Explain.
Thanks everyone, just did my first "soup safari" today.

I have other questions that I can't find in the FAQ, sent an email but maybe someone here could answer quicker.
For some reason I thought the mileage was auto-calculated but I see that is not the case. I get that doing a route it is linear mileage starting from home (not from home to each separate location) but do we have to calculate that mileage between stops each time and enter it in expenses?
I now can't edit the first set I sent in.
I usually just use Google Maps, enter my address as the starting place, then add each store along the way, an my house as the final place. That will calculate the miles for you.

RQA is really good about fixing expenses in my experience. I emailed their general "retrieve" distro and stated the expense problem that needed to be fixed. And they responded right away....and fixed it.
RQA doesn't seem to pay on any particular schedule. Sometimes it is fast, sometimes it is slow. If prompt payment is a dealbreaker for you, working for RQA is probably not a great fit.

As Cassiespark says they are good about helping you out if you need something fixed, and in general, very nice people to work with.
I've only been with them since the death chip extravaganza. It's pretty obvious they wound up being overwhelmed with that project.

Early on I was quite pleased with the expedited reimbursement setup given the thousands of dollars in play. Once that came to an end it was a little dicier, but I still received my funds before any credit card payments were due.

Since then it's been much better, in my experience.

I had 1 round of the chocolates, and it was the delay in getting the COD that held up that payment. As others have posted, that was such a small amount it was not an issue.

My first 2 soup safaris were approved within a few days of submission, with the check cut according to the schedule I was given from support when the expedited reimbursements ceased: they cut on the 5th, 15th and 25th. I expect my check sometime this week after it was cut on the 15th.

Overall they remain a pretty quick pay compared to most of my other regulars. We'll see how long it takes to process my 3rd soup run, which I entered yesterday.

I did some soups 2 weeks ago, already got a check.
Did a few more this weekend, we will see when that one shows up.
Except for waiting on the check, I do agree they are faster with payments than most.
Thanks everyone. I couldn't find any reference to a pay schedule on their site but going by the estimates here it was pretty accurate. Took a week to approve expenses than another week to get payment and a day or two for the check to arrive.
So pretty good compared to some.
