Marketforce App Issues

Anyone else having issues with the app? Half of the time I can't get the shops to load. One of my assignments I get an error message when trying to load a PDF. I don't have any issues with the website but I don't think it's as user friendly. I'm concerned that I may have issues when doing my report. Is anyone else experiencing issues? I've tried deleting cache/data and uninstalling/reinstalling without success.

Hi dafizisblue...Are you using the old Eyes:On app or the new Eyes:On Global (the original EO app has been retired).
No other shoppers are reporting issues, the two recommendations I have include making sure you have the most recent version and make sure you allow location services while the app is running.
I just checked and it is Eyes On Global. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled so it should be completely up to date. It's still hit or miss if it wants to load shops in my area, though inputting assignments seems to be ok, other than sometimes it will not open up my gallery to upload receipts so I have had to log in online to do just that for the report.
Interesting...the only other thing I can think of is if you're hitting it while we're doing an update, but that would be highly unlikely. If you want to share the type of device you utilize (either here or direct message) I will certainly take the feedback to tech so they can investigate. Thank you!
I'm using a Galaxy S21. I'm looking at some reviews through the play store and am wondering if it is a Samsung issue because that seems to be a theme.
