Cell phone store Evaluations

Does anyone know if the cell phone shops for the company that has initials that are M.F. have shops for people who are not licensed as a PI that they can do? At first the cell phone store shops said a compliance audit. Now it is saying compliance evaluation. I understood that you cannot do compliance shops unless you have a PI license. Or are those just for integrity shops? Any clarification would be great. Thank you.

umm, the only place I know that you have to have a PI license to do mystery shopping is in Las Vegas, or maybe the entire state of NV. I do not have a PI license, and I used to do those cell phone store audits often. I'm not currently working for MF because they changed their IC agreement.

I completed 18 "blue globe" compliance reviews in April. As far as I know, the only state that requires that all mystery shops must be done by a shopper working for a PI (the shopper does not have to be a PI, but they need to get a "Sheriff's Card" under the auspices of a Nevada-licensed PI) is Nevada.
