Hold Pay/ Alta 360

On Gigspot I have a completed job that says "hold pay" on the status. I've done hundreds of the same type of shop and it's always been "Ok for Pay" and green. This new message is red. I've been doing this for years and have never seen this.

I've gotten no messages returning the job for more info, and I cannot imagine what was deemed incorrect (if this is the case.)

Anyone ever see this? I've reached out via email but just curious if anyone has any insight.

That is a rejected shop that wont be paid out. I have had one before due to missing a required.

Rejected report. Since it changed ownership, Alta360 has become less consistent about sending emails for clarification, I've found. Perhaps it was returned and you missed seeing it back in your My Jobs file and so didn't respond in a "timely" fashion? You could try reaching out to a project manager--they used to be really good about responding within 24 hours...

It's a report from Thursday. Never came back to me, no emails etc. Hoping I get a response quickly! I've had jobs since Thursday so it would have popped back in if it was returned. It's so bizarre. I've done do many of these and never had an issue.

Call them they're in Toledo Ohio always have no problem with communicating with them

Update: apparently nothing is wrong and it's approved in the. Alta 360 system.

So weird! I'm going to monitor but it's very strange that this new mark showed up on my end only.

I've always found Alta360 to be very easy to work with. And they are very receptive and helpful on phone calls.

So far nothing has changed IMHO since they were aquired by Intouch.

I believe their main number is 419-535-5757. If you dial the wrong extension, they will usually find who you need and transfer you.
