IPSOS App

Is anyone else having issues with the app? For the past several weeks I have to constantly close and refresh the app just to finish loading the jobs or so I can submit one. It is getting really frustrating especially when I have a lot of job and I have to go down the list to find it again (its always in the middle). It loads the pictures fine but when you finish it just spins until I close everything down and restart it. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue.

Perhaps you mean the Presto app?

I've not had any serious issues, and I do tons of gas stations on the platform.

No the name of the app is IShopforIpsos Next Portal. Presto is used by multiple companies. It originated from the company that IPSOS took over a few years ago. Loved that company...miss that company.
yea, that's their MobiAudit clone, it only works part time. Just use the shopmetrics website, it's easier and more reliable.
I always had issues with it until I uninstalled it. I use the website too, which has it's own shutdown issues but not as badly as the app did.
So the app is more crap than app? I don't bother with apps for shopping. I just use the websites.
I have had this problem as well. I emailed Ipsos twice about the problem. I was supposed to work a car dealership for $125 last month. I had worked these shops before with no problem. I always review the full report before I work the shop to make sure they are no changes. The report would not fully load. I tried for several days and then canceled the shop. Ipsos has been raising the price for over a month to get someone to accept the shop. They are now offering $325. I would love to work it, but can't access the full report to submit it, so no one is getting paid if they accept the shop. Ipsos needs to fix the problem with their website.

You are saying the problem is on the website in addition to the app?

I remember having a shop in the last couple of months where the whole report did not load. It was with another MSC. I still did the shop and submitted it. They came back asking for more. I had proof that I completed the whole thing that was available to me (before their fix). They sent back to me to finish the rest once they fixed. I'm not saying this is what IPSOS will or won't do. But if you print the report as you submitted it, then you can prove you did everything that was their. UNLESS you are saying you cannot submit the shop because there are "hidden" errors
It is on their website. I can't print the report because the whole report will not load on the website. The only thing it shows is for you to upload the pictures and the time and date worked. Then it has submit. There is no place to write your report, describe the vehicle shopped, nothing. This is why shoppers are not getting paid or working the shop.
Is there no scheduler attached to the particular shop? Or is it the general mailbox? It might be worth sending Karen Holland an email. it might not be her account, but she could probably put you in touch with the correct person. If you were to print to PDF and tell her exactly what is wrong, maybe she could get it fixed for you and you could score the $325 fee.
