Good companies to work for that do Movie Checks

Warning: This User Has Been Banned or Is No Longer Active
As is obvious by our username we are predominantly Movie Checkers. Have been doing this for over a decade. We're looking for good companies to work for who need experienced Movie Checks. I'd prefer to do the Open Checks as they pay more. We're quite used to having to stay at the theatre for several hours, counting patrons, checking the box office grosses and also doing checks for the ads.
If any schedulers are interested they can contact me here by PMing me.
Thanks.
Also if you know of any good companies that do the movie checks, please list them or PM me also to let me know. Badly need more work. Bills come in regularly, smiling smiley

Servicecheck.com does one chain based in Florida and some smaller chains elsewhere.

Conferoinc.com has one small theater chain in a few states.

Goodwin does one of the very largest chains ( not Regal or AMC)
BUT you will never get paid without a fight, so stay away.
Take a look at www.tnsmi-tes.com. I've done patron counts with the box office receipts. They sometimes have other types of checks, but not in my area.

Hope this helps.

Hi movie checker
OK this is none of my business but do you want to consider other mystery shopping jobs? I see that you are new to this forum. You can make decent extra $ doing this. If you want some get started tips, let me know.
I usually do some trailer checks and open checks on weekends for a little extra, to augment my regular assignments. Thursday morning I received a call from a scheduler asking if I'd be interested in doing a pre-show advertising check. When she told me I'd have to check each screen in a 15-screen theater, I almost turned her down. Then she told me about the bonus, quite a nice chunk of money. I got a list of screens, times, and films from the manager and so was able to go from screen to screen in about two nicely air-conditioned hours. Got exercise as well as the chance to do something different.
This shop involves a pre-visit call, evaluation of the interior of the theater, and 5 digital photos uploaded with the report. You will need to bring a guest of the opposite gender, as you both will have to take pictures of both restrooms when they are unoccupied. For the shop, you will reimbursed for two adult tickets and two concession stand purchases. If you are not already registered, please go to www.a-closer-look.com and click on "Become a Shopper."

That was nice of you to bring up this old thread so you could pimp out your jobs. I believe this belongs on the job board. Also sounds like a lot of work for just a measly reimbursement, I'll pass.

I have done a couple for Service Slueth, excellent, must wait 3 months for reimbursement. Names listed above seem to cover it. I assume your only inteested in movie shopping, as that's what you stated, and have experience at.

Live consciously....
I did some trailers for a company called Checker Patrol several years ago. Anyone know if they are still in business or do any work for them?

Ooooooooooooooooooooo

For several years, I have done patron counts, trailer checks, etc.

I thought it was a very good company to work for as an independent contractor.
I loved doing the open checks this summer with the bigger movies. They were usually on 4 screens so I had my high school daughter and her friends each do a screen.

Now that school is back in session I need to find a new group to hit the Christmas releases.

I usually used market force purple portal.
