Schedulers seem to be either one end of the spectrum or another: very conscientious and great to work with, or just don’t care and love messing with people.
I’ve spent 10 days going back and forth over an alleged bonus for a an assignment that appears in the email and title of the assignment, but not the assignment post. Knowing it won’t be bonused unless it appears in the post or is manually done, I’ve reached out 4 times asking for either an update to correct the listing or a manual assignment with the promised bonus, and been blown off each time with replies stating she’ll “get to it.”
I’ve already earned the bonus with my time and effort already invested just trying to get this scheduled correctly, and it makes my ability to organize my time and route planning untenable.
It’s not about the Holiday, because I got replies before and after, but no follow through. I won’t be gaslit, am missing the previous scheduler, and am about done with this MSC.

According to my log, I completed 51 jobs for Intouch, under a prior name, in 2007 & 8; all were QSR locations. Under the Intouch name, I show a shop in 2023 and one in 2024. I have not noted nor recall a single problem with the company, and with a sufficient fee, would not hesitate to accept future work. They are a bottom payer, which considerably affects my interest in their assignments. They will, however, if the need exists, open their purse.
I do not have any problems with them. I am with the company for many years. However they bought few companies recently. I think that you problems are eigher with beyonhello or Alta 360 that belong to Intouch. The schedulers they keep from those companies.

Keep in mind also that Intough is Canadian company and holidays at Canada not the same as ours.

Alta 360 always pays whats offered and the schedulers are easy to work with. I have done work for them for over 10 years woth no issues.
I have a shop hung up with them now for 4 days. I assume it's due to summer holiday period. Usually they get reviewed within 24hrs.

I've also had an issue with them once regarding scheduling. It took a mgr to straighten out.

Pay has been on time. Overall, I'd give InTouch a good score.
I only had one issue, with a past iteration of a truck stop visit and its food purchase requirement.

I claimed conflicting information between the guidelines and the actual report, but they denied the extra reimbursement. I loved paying on my own dime for crappy food, a majority of which I threw away <massive eye roll>

That issue was not enough to keep me from doing those shops, as well as most of their other convenience store projects.

They are all pretty quick and easy, and as long as the reimbursement amount up front is clearly presented, I will continue to book as many as I can.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
...and it just got approved. smiling smiley
