Has anyone worked with Amusement Advantage?

Hi! Just wondering if anyone has done any work for Amusement Advantage? How is their reporting? They have several shops in my area but I’m hesitant to pick them up since it seems like a lot.

I’m not new to mystery shopping. I do most of my work with Coyle so I’m no stranger to long narratives and detailed reporting, etc. I’m comfortable shopping restaurants and hotels but Amusement parks are new to me.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

My experience has been one and done. I was required to meet with the scheduler prior to conducting my first stop. The entire phone call was unnecessary as she literally read me the instructions. She was nice, but chatty. I was not able to fully enjoy the experience due to my worry over the extensive reporting. I didn’t find the report to be terrible but it’s not worth it. The shop that I completed was a tour of a place that is free to the public. I received $50 shopper pay with an additional $5 to turn it in early. I also received $50 gift shop reimbursement.
I have done work for them many times over the past 10 years. I personally enjoy working with Erika and Shauna as they have excellent communication and there is always someone available if you run into a problem. Their reports are easy copared to Coyle. Their editors are fair and reports receive a high score if directions are followed and necessary details captured.
Did a few in my early days as a shopper, but not interested anymore, even if my GF liked going to amusement parks or playing miniature golf.

Don't expect to have a typical fun outing at the park.

You are there to work, and work you will. Lots of tasks and information are required, and the reporting can be less than an optimal experience.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I have found that they are a lot of work, but always communicated well with me especially when things didn’t go as expected (once, the person going with me dropped out but I still had the child and they let me go anyways; another time, there wasn’t a single-picture option for purchasing the required photo and they advised me on the spot on what to do). I agree with the other assessments that the outings feel more like work than fun-making sure you talk to the right number of employees, documenting the interactions discreetly so you can remember when you write your lengthy narratives, ensuring you have hit all of the required places on a tour, etc. I did a few and then decided I prefer to do short and quick food shops instead. It used to take a long time to get paid (45+ days), but I have seen they have shortened that timeline. I found they were really particular about following the guidelines, but also they guidelines always seemed clear to me and I never had any issues with the editors.
I have done work for them. It looks like they range from sitaution that are no pay but free entry into fun places to other locations that have good bonus but quite a drive. I found them super nice and they have a lot of fun work. Most of the ones I have seen you have to have a partner. They required a call for me too but I didn't mind and I think they do it to set expectations as some of there jobs are unique and they want to make sure you know what you are getting into.
Thank you everyone for your feedback!!
