Grocery Shops

Anyone here do this round of grocery shops? I did 3 on 6/16 and they haven't been marked as received yet.

I was traveling and couldn't be present for the release this round. Not sure what was offered but there was absolutely nothing within 20 miles when I was able to check. Usually there are some left a few days at the unpopular stores but that was not the case this time.
Mine are also sitting at complete but not received. How often are these released?
what grocery shops are on Sassie? As long as I don't have to ask stupid questions i'm all for more grocery store shops.
the grocery shops did not show up in my area until last week. I snagged 4 of them, they were all gone by the next day.
Were these the delivery shops? I recall they had similar around Thanksgiving last year. But in that case I recall it being a different scenario; one where you placed your order online, then had to pick up and assess that process.
They were both. As in, some of them were delivery, and some of them were pickup. A lot of them were places that didn't do either delivery or pickup. I did one delivery and three pickup and one that didn't do either (which I didn't realize until after I'd taken the job - then I subsequently checked to make sure the places offered pickup.
The only grocery shops on Sassie that I know of are from Confero. I'm not sure if that is who is being referenced here.
If anyone is near Harleysville, PA, Market Viewpoint has weekly grocery store shops. Pay is $25 for the report and up to $20 towards your grocery purchase. We are always looking for new shopperssmiling smiley
Nothing in my area from Confero. These sound like shops I would do, not the stupid question shops.
you are looking, sure. You succesfully blocked me from your program.

I did 2 delivery and 1 pick up. Still have not been accepted and done around 7/15. But 9 gas station shops are still being edited since then. Shortage of editors?

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I did one of these years back, got a 10 on the report, and when I look on Presto, I can see one in my area. That is, until I sign in with the MSC to "instantly assign" a date. The dates are all grayed out & then when I sign in, the shops disappear. Sign out, they show back up. Same with another shop that I used to regularly do. I really don't think they'd still pop up when I'm logged out if they had all been assigned, you know? Still get plenty of emails from this company, but none for this project for the last few years.

I assume that I've been taken off of these projects, but no idea why, and no clue who to ask about being reinstated, as its such a massive company.

I do my reports on time, nearly always get 10s, not sure why I only see piddly tech shops and such now.

I had long stretches where I wasn't picking up ahops because of family obligations, but I know they are hurting for shoppers in my area. There's almost no one shopping where I live.
I am guessing these are the e-commerce shops. They didn't send out an email and by the time I saw them, there was only one left and it was in another county. Kind of mad I missed them. I don't check the site as much lately because they only seem to have the stupid phone shops.
They really sound like jobs I would like. Who is the MSC? The client has not been mentioned.
Yes it's the e-commerce shops. How long does it typically take to be approved? I looked again today and still hasn't been updated.
I will say if I turned in a job a week ago and it has not been sent back or "received" I would be throwing a fit. Your talking over a month?

Homey don't play that!
Oops, just realized the date. It was July 16, 9 days so far. Still an unusual amount of time. Typically it's reviewed within a couple days.
Phew, I'm glad you meant July 16 instead of June 16. I did a curbside pickup shop the day before and haven't seen it get approved yet. The same MSC can sometimes take 10-12 days for Chinese restaurant shops, so I'm not too worried. I figure they have a large batch to go through and it'll just take time. Plus they pay quickly compared to most other MSCs to begin with.
I'm hoping it goes through. I was frustrated with my first of 3. I did a delivery order and received notification that morning that my total dropped below the minimum threshold and they canceled my whole order!! It was frustrating because that's all the email said and I'm still unsure why, but it was difficult to complete the report because it didn't give that as an option. My guess is there was an out of stock item that wasn't substituted but it was still really frustrating.

I also thought about just placing a new delivery order and starting over, but I feel like the whole point of this shop is to report any issues so it can be fixed, and this was a very frustrating issue.
I would have reported that. I had to cancel a personal pickup order when I went to pick up due to out of stock items making my total too low. They told me they would not waive the pick up fee so I said cancel. They did not notify me there was an issue with the order in advance.

How come nobody will tell me the MSC, no client has been mentioned. Share the wealth, I would like to do one of these if they are in my area.
It shops multiple locations so not sure I want to list the MSC since we already said it's the E-commerce ones. It's on the Sassie platform.
E-Commerce is not a company, unless they are and I don't know them. Bare is a company, IPSOS is a company. Sassie is not a shop company, it is a platform.

It seems you have a good idea of who to check then.
I probably would have found them by now if they were in my area.

IPSOS does not like me. I don't deal with stupid well and one of the schedulers was. I was told I "disrespected" her, I asked exactly what I said to accomplish that and nobody would tell me. I poured over the emails for hours and I was generally polite as that is how I try to be.

I used them a lot when I used to do mystery shops. I did a lot post office stuff.

I don't miss not working for them.
I did the same shop with them on July 15 (Sassie). Since that time I did several shops with the same MSC using Shopmetrics platform. All of them were approved and i got pay for some. But the one on Sassie is not. I wrote a email to customer's service and got reply from them:

'Your shop must be approved and finalized by our QC team before payment is made, which can take up to 10 days. With that being said, shops are edited in the order in which they are received by project. Our teams are working through large volumes given that it is the beginning of a new cycle and we apologize for any delay. We appreciate your patience!'
