Intelli-Shop discrediting $40 shop!! No pay!!

I now have received emails TWICE from them taking away 2 payments claiming they can’t “use†my reports for some reason or another after scheduling me and accepting the date. It’s for the online JPS car web series. I would be ok except the scheduler and I had emailed discussion about me doing this one or that one. I ended up writing and telling them to cancel all future shops with them as there should be mutual trust.

I’ve ONLY been back doing this for 2 weeks after 15 YEARS off raising my special needs daughter so 2 times in 2 weeks is enough times to show me it’s just bad and not to be trusted.

I am really sorry to hear this. I know that's hard, especially when you are just getting back into shopping. I can not respond to them being wrong or right because I do not know the story. Have you tried contacting the scheduler or someone above the scheduler? Maybe do an appeal on the editors decision?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Never heard about an appeal being possible?
Vienna, last yr. and after 265 shops covering 19 yrs., Intelli-shop refused to pay me due to the salesman neither having a required business card nor his dealership having any printed literature. I appealed, was denied and then immediately terminated our relationship.
Wow! That is amazing. I appreciate you sharing this with me. I have huge work ethic and take things so personally. I haven’t shopped since 2006 when my youngest was born w special needs.
If you want to attempt to appeal, contact Intelli at info@intelli-shop.com. Just state the facts and your case. Ask for them to reconsider their decision.

Stacy did write a lovely letter thanking me for my dedication to the project and reinstating the $40. She has always been nice. I appreciated the care.
So happy it worked out in your favor. As someone else with a special needs child, we have to be on top of every detail and communication, and be very observant and great at multitasking…making us excellent candidates for this work.

With the transition to AI and everything being digital, not every detail required by older report forms is possible to achieve.
I’ve had several instances with no literature or business card available. It’s becoming rare to receive anything in paper form, and a web link is used for everything including documentation and applications for financing and rental applications and payments.

Digital is cheaper, and easily emailed or texted, and most are relying on AI voicemail and follow up email systems which may or may not be well programmed.

And, the editors are forced to go by the old rules until the MSC’s get up to speed unless they’re gobbled up in a buyout, much us also happening a lot right now.

I’m at the point where I’m qualifying every anomaly with details in my status reports to schedulers and final report submissions to avoid rejections, and be fair to the person being evaluated.

It is so very outdated for them to expect paper copies of everything, although I despise having to use a QR code or app for what feels like everything, this is the way the world is going.
Yes!! I guess I need to write them questions more. Honestly, we don’t “need†the money to pay bills/live. I’m putting any amount from this into her special needs trust. Frankly, my husband gets mad as he knows how anal I am and I try harder than most to do a good job. Being a RN, MSN I’m used to running units and writing reports so I know what I’m doing. Ugh!!
This issue was they said I didn’t go to the trade in part, monthly payment thing, accessories, insurance, etc., but I couldn’t get it to MOVE forward!! If it’s not there I can’t do it. I document what I find.

That car thing is that they send to the “company†to use or refuse which is unacceptable as I know from my nursing that of course the “user†or “fault bearer†will claim it’s “unusable†and such. Intellishop should be trusted by said company. It seems a bad contract but must have been financially beneficial for Intellishop to fault a few of us along the way that only told the truth about a couple websites. Sometimes companies do not want to pay for the truth. I would agree with them wholeheartedly that it’s ALL me except for I had about 6 or so more that had nonissue with 10 ratings.
