To reiterate what French Farmer said, if you wish to cancel an instant shop on the "magic" app, you can open up the task itself in the website or mobile app. Once opened, in the upper-right corner of the screen you will see a green button/icon with a person figure and three dots. Click/tap that icon and a menu will slide in from the right showing all shops you have reserved. Each one has a "Delete Evaluation" red button beneath each task. Click the button beneath the task you wish to cancel and you'll get a popup asking "are you sure" with a yes/cancel option. Click "yes" and the shop/task is removed from your list. Make sure you're cancelling the right one so you have to click the delete button BELOW the task name.
Keep in mind, its pin will reappear on the map. Should you decide to take it again, you won't be able to claim it for 24 hours after you first removed it. When you open the task to claim it and you're still in that 24-hour period, the app will show you a message instead explaining this rule and give you how many hours left until you can reclaim it.
Also, please note, doing quick cancellations regularly shouldn't be a common practice for folks who think they can simply grab a bunch and then figure out a route and cancel other tasks later with no real penalty. The system can track cancellation rates in some way where if this becomes common practice, you may not be able to even do tasks at all because you cancel way too much. Hope that makes sense
