A shop was declined because they said I did not tip the required 18%. That is exactly what was tipped, and that amount was calculated by the client on my receipt. I circled the amount, highlighted it, and made a comment about it. Still, the shop was declined. Obviously their error, right? Well I have written them five times, and phoned three times, with no response.Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone (of importance) there? I would hate to take them to court, but I will if I have to!
