$0 fee and $0 reimbursement

First time I've seen this.

There's a shop posted by MarketForce in my area for "wireless retail" showing $0 fee and $0 reimbursement. And the shop is marked with the "hot" icon.

Well, I don't want to get burned so I guess I won't touch it.

Doing assignments since the days when reports were handwritten and faxed to the MSC.

I don’t work for free or do favors for people I don’t know. I have to make a living just like everyone else. I don’t know what fool would accept $8 for a shop that would take an hour or more to complete, depending on the drive time - without even reimbursement for gas. (Insert here) has hit a new low with this one, which is downright insulting. It sends a message that we deserve nothing for our time and effort, so you will derive nothing in return. Good luck.

I was in kind of a bitchy mood…

I always laugh at the hot shops involving late night Five Guys in ghetto areas with hot fees like $10 posted. Who the heck wants to eat that greasy foul food at all yet at late night in an area where you will get mugged or car jacked? They need to get realistic with fees.

...and in addition to bad burgers, there's ACL and those sought after sandwiches with the meat slicer photos...

... and how about those $8 gas station jobs with lots of photos (including the bathroom interiors), long reports, and flattering neon vests the shopper is required to purchase (at their own cost), plus a BYO scraping device for sticker removal and the generous $1 "reimbursed" item for a job that won't even pay for the gas to get there and back...
