Jack Network Payment

I clicked on the shop's "contact" button in my log. I believe it went to the scheduler. I was paid within 72 hours.

They don't response, they will pay you soon hopefully, if not write again,
Bob has nailed it. This is a company I've been signed up with for like 15 years and never saw any shops. Then they changed their name to Jack and they suddenly had a bunch of dining shops in my area. I've done them for a few years, and, until Fall 2025 they paid between 30 and 45 days after shop acceptance. When I noticed a slowdown it was clear to me that there is suddenly a problem and I resolved not to take any more shops. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting on payment for shops done in early December 2025 and early January 2026. No one responds to multiple emails. Although they were previously a good company to work for, I no longer recommend them. I'm guessing they have financial problems. Late payment is how it started with every mystery shopping company I've witnessed go belly up in the 17 years I've been mystery shopping.
Just popped back in to say I did finally get paid for my two shops, 4 months + after the reports were accepted. I had emailed previous to the 4 months but no response. When I passed 4 months, I began to send a Help message (very respectful0 every other day. It took 4 messages and 8 days and I was paid.

The problem here is not simply that payment is slow, The problem is that Jack's payment terms have changed suddenly and drastically with no communication . For years, Jack has paid like clockwork the month following a shop. A few months ago, payment slipped to 2 months, then 3 months. Now it's up to more than 4 months and messaging the scheduler through the Help option is the only way to get their attention. I've mystery shopped since 2009 and I've seen many MS companies go belly-uo and leave shoppers unpaid. You can do a search here on the forum and see posts from desperate shoppers, some owed a lot of money, who are being stiffed by a previously-good company that they worked for over many years. Then the long-time, once reliable company disappears and leaves a large pool of unpaid shoppers. The big clues that a company is in trouble? Payment issues and lack of communication.

I was just paid for a December shop, It took 5 increasingly stern emails.
This isn't about when, it's about if. I took a $60 two photo job in good faith from them. The job specs were wrong, when I arrived I saw that only one photo could be fulfilled, The second item to be shot didn't exist at this location. So I filled out the report, explained the lack of a second photo and more. These yo-yo's rejected the shop making it seem like I lied that the second photo could not be made. I write the admin e-mail address again (no reply) when they posted the shop again for $75. I aked them, how many people do you intend to not pay for a job that can't be accomplished? I feel bad for me but worse for the next guy that won't get paid. What I want to know is how come the contractor who does the job in good faith is the one to lose out on getting paid because of a problem on their end? Never got a response I will NEVER take another job with Jack Network.
Dang! I'm so sorry to hear that! I finally got paid last week after a few emails. I then promptly deactivated my account.

Shopper since 2005
I just got paid for two shops in December. Hopefully this is not the end for TJN.
I just got paid for a January job, about 90 days in total. I'm going to be leery of taking more shops with this group, especially since it's usually a significant outlay of funds.
I received payment for a December shop this week
When do these people say they will pay on the website?
Can you tell us what company the shop was for? I didn't know TJN had any shops that were just for photos. If not allowed, you can PM me, thanks.
Got payment this week for a February shop.
