I received a letter through Shopmetrics from a male named Russel, a single L, with DSG, an MSC for whom I completed several jobs 18 yrs. ago. It detailed an alleged opportunity, with an 800 number, from a company named One Contact Center. The first day I phoned, no one answered nor was there a recording. The next day, a male picked up, but he was ignorant as to why I phoned. I tried Russel, at a different 800 number, but again "hit a wall." Finally, I received a call, probably off caller ID, supposedly from DSG, but the person was unable to tell me my original contract date and then admitted she was not with DSG. I terminated the conversation.
This may well be a legitimate company, but in the interests of safety, I am passing.
