scheduler contact at CI

I want to ask for an increase before I accept a shop because I was told once I must ask for that as the shop is being requested, not after I accept the shop. So how do I get in touch with them? I looked for a general email and found nothing. I do not know the schedulers name either.

Do they not have the contact info on the listing? Usually they are listed as project manager. That's who I always email if I have a question about the job before applying. I did one telling them I would take both rural area ones but only with an increase since they both were in opposite directions of me. They responded back that they couldn't increase the pay. Which is funny because a few hours later they both were listed with the amount I was seeking.
Just call them and ask the operator who is handling whatever project you are looking at.
I am applying from their job board, so no email with scheduler name.
I cannot see the help button (where I can send an inquiry to the scheduler) until I apply for the shop which would then void my chance to ask for an increase.
I will call them on Monday and ask to be transferred to whoever is scheduling these shops I guess.
just send your email to dprice@customerimpactinfo.com and he'll forward it to the project manager. A word of warning - they very, very rarely respond to proactive pay increase requests. They prefer to raise the job by $1 for weeks at a time and post on Presto in an effort to find someone to do the work cheap.
Weird. All the ones I see on the job board when I click on them for more information usually have an email attached. Anyways, good luck getting in touch with someone!

Don't bother. The answer will be no.

They had a bunch of shops on Presto last week with a fee and "negotiable" in the listings. I emailed the project manager and asked what fee she could offer if I took four of them. She responded that they couldn't go any higher than the listed price. Umm....okay.

For fun I replied with an attachment of the screen shot along with a sheepish response that I must have misunderstood the listing, lol. Of course there was no response.

Thanks everyone, they changed the dates which no longer work for me.
Yes I did the same. I said I would take them for a slightly higher fee as they were completely out of my way in opposite directions. I was told they couldn't go higher. Then several hours later they were posted at the price I said I would do them at. I took one but left the other because of an incoming storm and didn't think I could do both. No one took the second one and it went up even more so then I grabbed it. They could have paid less if they took my original offer.

Just curious if you gave them an amount or just asked for more? If I give them a number, I.E, it is at $15 and I'm asking for $18, vs "can you do a higher fee" seems to work better.

I have always been told no regardless the few times I have asked. This was the first time I had ever seen “negotiable” though, so I gave it a shot. What a joke. No one took them, which apparently they aren’t concerned about.

They never went higher here, and no one took them. At the beginning of the month they relisted them at a lower fee…still negotiable, lol
For this company 'negotiable' means they are willing to adjust the fee DOWN for you. (Insert laughing emoji)

Oh yes, unfortunately I know this all too well....

The jobs were listed for $15. I asked for $18. I was told no. They relisted them at $18 hours later. I took one for $18. Waited and got the last one eventually for $22.

They were $22 already when they listed them as “negotiable” here. But they didn’t actually want to negotiate with me, so they didn’t get done again in January. I think that makes 6 months now!
Just remember, the longer that each location goes undone, the more work it's going to be when someone finally shows up. If the location is not merchandising their own items, then it could be a total disaster upon arrival. I would be cautious about taking these unless you have a decent idea that the location won't be a total poop show. Every month that goes by without merchandising increases the potential of a total disaster upon arrival and a lot of work to get it in shape.
Very true. The ones I picked up was literally 10 minutes of work putting out and photographing giftcards.

So true. They had a route of gas stations for pre-paid debit cards a few years ago. One of the gas stations had so many dusty packages of cards in backstock, it was a full garbage bag!

The stuffed animals project can also be a nightmare without any visits for a few mths.

THIS!

For anyone not in the loop here, the stuffed animals company cancelled almost all locations except for a few grocery store chains. CI has decided they should offer those at $10, and they are out trolling for new ICs to take these (hence, they are on Presto). I wouldn't personally take one of these for less than $25 as they will have multiple displays, backstock, and will take you an hour. These are not the convenience store and small drug stores...those all cancelled. I promise you $10 doesn't begin to cover what you are walking in to. If you really need $10, DM me and I'll send it to you!

A bunch for Kroger, CVS, and Gas stations dropped near me for $10. Someone snatched them all up fast except for a few in rural areas nearby. I am debating taking 1 at a CVS just because it's near 2 other projects I plan on doing but am not sure what I would be walking into. It's currently at $12. I wanted to see if it would go to at least $15.

CVS will have 2-3 displays, and backstock. I wouldn't personally do them for less than $20.

Depends on the location. I was offered a few CVS locations to keep monthly. I only agreed to one (due to location). This location has a sidewing display only. 20 minutes tops, and that's only if a new shipment came in.
