Elite CXS Payments

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone else is currently experiencing severe payment delays or total radio silence from Elite CXS?

I've been shopping for 15+ years with over 100 companies, so I know how the cycle works, but this is a new one for me. I have an outstanding payment from a shop in September 2025 and another from January 2026.

The situation:
I have sent 10+ emails to their Payables department, including their Linkedin profile: Zero response.
I reached out to Recruiting (who are actively trying to assign me new travel routes): They "escalated", but Payables is still ignoring me.

Is anyone else waiting on money from them? Or has anyone successfully received a payment in the last month?

I really like their shops and want to continue working with them, but I can't justify booking more travel expenses when they are 5 months behind and ghosting on emails.

Any insight or working contact info would be appreciated.

This is a very well documented problem. Use the search tool and you will see.

In the future, before you work for a new company, it's a good practice to look up what people say about them first. I don't think you would have taken a shop for them nor even trusted them with your personal information if you had.
Unfortunately, the likelihood of getting any money from them at this point is close to 0%, unless you are willing to pursue a lawsuit. Some shoppers have received judgements against them but it's not clear if they collected anything.
Wow.. Unbelievable, how come they are still part of MSPA, or I have been trusting MSPA more than I should have?

A previous poster said that Elite is no longer associated with MSPA. A forum search yielded so many (negative) results for this company that I got tired of scrolling to find the exact post about them being booted from MSPA. It's there somewhere - pretty sure.

Yep. I haven't been paid for a shop from October.

The e-mail response I received was from someone at Elite telling the "payment team" to get with me. Nobody from that team ever did. So I'm not working for them any more.
I do not believe they are member of the MSPA anymore. They have had a known payment issuance problem for over a year.

They aren't an MSPA member any more.

There are probably 10K posts about this across this forum, Reddit and all the Facebook groups. People have tried suing them, complaining to the AG's office, going to to the labor board, contacting their clients directly for payment, and a long list of other things that didn't work. I'm so sorry you are the latest victim. Highly doubt you'll get your money at any point. You can write it off as a loss when you file your taxes.

I am in the same boat as you, with invoices from July 2026 still not paid. I have gone through the same steps you listed to no avail. I will just write off the loss on my taxes, and not shop for them again. This is the first company that has not paid me since 2004, and I understand your frustration. I was not reading this forum when I took the shops last summer, and only found all of the negative comments and notes after I was missing my money.
Thank you everyone. It is 100% theft of wages (highly unethical for mystery shopping company) ... How can this company survive with all this, and still getting luxury clients? Something doesn't add up..

If I'm not mistaken theft of wages is only for employees...
We are contractors so this is just (unfortunately) an unpaid invoice. Yes, still not OK, but not something a states attorney can do anything about.

You are right... Anyone knows what happened to small claims or class action lawsuit...

I've never worked for this company, at least in the past 10 years, but I continue to receive emails with interesting shop offers. Thanks to this forum and the great members here, I delete their emails and will never work for them.

How is it they continue to have clients? The people in charge at this company should be arrested and their company shut down.

I hope those of you who are owed money can get paid but certainly don't work for them in the future.
