Movie trailer assignments

Anyone done these?
They’re posted on thus forum for a company called “Movie Measure”. I’ve never heard of them and am interested in any feedback.

SBP, I think Movie Measure is yet another division of Marketforce and CFA. I downloaded the app but they wanted too many permissions and too much access to my info on my phone so I uninstalled it. At the time I was still doing the trailer checks for VeriTes but that's dried up now too. I mostly don't miss it. It was fun, but the managers at some of the theaters lied about me asking for discounts at the concessions, and one theater told CFA that I was watching the movies without buying tickets. But I've never done any of those things.

I looked into it and decided that the time required was not reasonable for the pay. You may need to wait for the movie to start on multiple screens. And, you don't get to actually watch the movie, just the trailers, so there isn't any side benefit.

MovieMeasure is a totally separate compancy from MF. They actually took all of the work.

The checks aren't too bad if the movie is only on one or two screens, but anything more than that and you're probably wasting your time, especially if there are 3D and/or PLF screens to worry about to.

Yes, Movie Measure has now basically taken over all Trailer checks from other companies. In the past we had CFA (MF) as some called them, and then VeriTES and so on.

This is a side job to be done on Friday, and can be done on Saturday as well. It means basically keep your fridays open, and if you can secure more than one location, meaning no one in your area is currently working your theaters, or theater, the money adds up a little. They go beyond just trailers. But trailers are the most consistent work, and it can be time-consuming. I've been with them since 2019, feel free to message me with any further questions
