I am having similar problems. I did the Hospitality part on a coffee shop, but it would not submit. However, when I tried to do the other part of the report, Appearance, I was able to submit. (Some shops have two things Hospitality vs. Appearance.) I was at a store and I had to either use the store's WifI or not use it. Sometimes the store's WiFi is bad. I am definitely having problems with the Android app since the update. I am waiting for another update to help with this bug.
I am having problems with some shops. I am at the location, but does not show if the mission is available. These are for fragrance shops. I do not know if someone else took them or they are just not available anymore since Valentine's Day is over.
I also notice that fragrance shops occur near Xmas, Valentine's Day. I assume around Mother's Day and Father's Day I will see them again. I think this is great for some fragrance companies as we count the amount of the floor, take pictures and it saves the company from traveling to these locations to find out if their products are on the floor, do inventory, and can tell if they are missing some fragrances. I wish I could afford a bottle of my own.
I think and hope this company will not fold.
I am also not getting good feedback when having problems with the app and send it through the app. For instance, I did not get credit for a mission because the location has the wrong time on the receipt. I emailed about the issue, but it has not been resolved yet. My points are posting much quicker now rather than waiting a week or two. Now my wait is sometimes a few days to a few hours.
