Yikes. I did that once, but with a different company. (It was Maritz.) It was slightly different, because mine were both due on the same day. I went ahead and filled out the second report correctly, and phoned them the next day, explaining what had happened. They were very nice about it, and cleared the first report, so I could enter it with the correct shop.
So, I'd recommend that you enter today's shop on the correct report form. That way, one shop of the two has been done right.
Then, you do your best to get in touch with them, phone, e-mail--don't they have an automated report system, to report problems? If you get in touch with them, I assume that they can clear out the report, so that you can enter tomorrow's report on time. If you can't get in touch with them over the weekend, I think the best thing to do would be to go ahead and do the other shop. You won't be able to enter it on time, so take thorough notes, so you feel confident that you'll be able to supply all the information, without relying on your memory. You're going to hope that they clear out the report and let you submit it late. If they don't let you, well, you paid for your own sandwich, you know it was your own mistake, and, by golly, you'll never make that mistake again! But, you'll have done your best to redeem the situation.
An afterthought. There are two reasons for going ahead and filling out the first shop on the correct report form. One is, that you'll have gotten one of them right, no matter what happens. The other is, that, this way, they'll both look right, until a human takes a look at them, and you won't run the risk of having some automated system cancel the first shop on you.
