Last sentence and POOF my report is gone!

There was a post a few weeks ago about a program or a tool that I could add to my browser to repopulate anything that I might have lost. Could someone tell me what it was called?

My laptop has an issue, I can't touch the left corner. If I do the computer totally shuts down. And guess what I hit? Thankfully this is not one of those multiple hour reports.. but still.. the last sentence on a report I had worked on for half an hour.

Were you working on a narrative in Word to paste into a report or were you actually entering a report into a report form on a MSC website? Have you logged in to see if some or all of your report is there? There have been times when I lost internet or my computer crashed and I thought I'd lost my report, but when I powered back up and logged in, a lot of my report was there. I've had good luck this way with Sassie and Prophet reports and with Market Force. And I've learned from bitter experience to save often when reporting.

Somebody more computer literate than me probably knows about a repopulation tool.
Sniff... It is all gone. I was entering it directly into the MSC site. Silly me was trying to see how long it would take to enter the report since I have four to finish all with the same questions just different answers. I was trying to figure out my hourly rate. I won't do that again on this computer!

I also tend to do my narratives on word first-saving periodically, especially with a certain company that used to do Lowes, Kmart, and some others and you couldn't save in segments...and it crashed frequently after I did the the report and I had to re do it...

And I did one recently where there wanted about a 5-10 sentenced for the narrative, but only showed you 2 lines at a time....which made it difficult..

Look on the bottom right corner of your text box where you are typing. Do you see some little diagonal hash lines across the corner? Left click and drag down and you can make the box bigger. (Those two-line text boxes drove me nuts for months before I realized they were expandable. So are the boxes here in the forum.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
On Sassie, if you save and reopen an incomplete report, the boxes are then larger for narratives. I usually put on the basic info on times, dollar amounts etc and the save it. There's more space for tha narratives then.
